New impetus through the exchange with BOLDLY

Another enriching encounter was our personal meeting with Phillip Harms, the chairman of BOLDLY e. V., formerly Future of Ghana Germany e. V.

The Hamburg-based association is particularly committed to promoting the self-realization of young Black people in Germany. Its focus is on education, equal opportunities, empowerment, career prospects, and social participation. Through various initiatives and projects, BOLDLY creates spaces for personal development, encounters, and the strengthening of the African diaspora.

In a very open and inspiring conversation, we exchanged information about our respective projects, experiences, and possible forms of future collaboration.

It was particularly valuable to learn about the different perspectives on educational work, societal challenges, and the connections between Ghana and Germany. This highlighted how many shared interests and points of contact unite our organizations.

The combination of our practical educational work in Ghana with BOLDLY's experience and networks in Germany opens up interesting new opportunities for the future.

We would like to sincerely thank Phillip for the wonderful conversation, his openness, and the valuable insights. We look forward to continuing the exchange and discussing together how concrete collaborations can develop from it.
